Shri Narasimha Saraswati, born in 1378, embarked on a spiritual journey that transformed countless lives. As a child named Narhari, he displayed extraordinary qualities that hinted at his divine origin.

Childhood of Divinity

From birth, Narhari only uttered the sacred word "Om," leaving his parents concerned about his speech. At his sacred thread ceremony (upanayana), he began reciting the Vedas fluently.

Pilgrimage to Kashi

At the age of seven, Narhari embarked on a pilgrimage to Kashi, where he embraced Sanyasa and received the name Shri Narasimha Saraswati from his guru, Shri Krishna Saraswati.

Return to Karanja

A Saint’s Visit to His Homeland. After years of spiritual travels, Shri Narasimha Saraswati returned to Karanja at the age of 30 to meet his parents, offering them solace.
